Surrounded by family and friends, Constance "Connie" Marie Wolf, 54, passed away peacefully August 14, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Monsignor Gene Lindeman officiating. Connie will be laid to rest immediately following Mass at St. Mary's Cemetery. A fellowship luncheon will follow the burial at Monsignor Feehan Hall. Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at St. Mary's Catholic Church. A Prayer and Vigil service will take place on Tuesday evening August 18, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Connie was born to John and Helen (Jangula) Bosch on August 9, 1961, in Bismarck, ND. Connie was raised on the family farm south of Steele, ND and graduated from Steele High School in 1979. Connie married Michael W. Wolf in Bismarck on August 26, 1983. Their first daughter Brittany was born on December 10, 1989 and their second daughter Brooke was born on November 30, 1993. A devoted mother and wife, Connie had an immense love for her children. She supported them, encouraged them, and made many sacrifices to ensure they had every opportunity to succeed. Connie started a long career with the State of North Dakota in 1980 at Workforce Safety and Insurance. In 1983, Connie moved to Driver Record Services at the North Dakota Department of Transportation, where she worked until her cancer forced her to retire in May of 2015. Connie was not one to sit still. Over the years she worked several part-time jobs at Dayton's, Marshall Fields, Herberger's, and most recently Scheels. Connie was a very dedicated employee and proud of the quality of work she provided. She always said how lucky she was to have developed many life-long friendships with the people she worked with and to be equally loved by her many co-workers.Connie was very loving, caring, and compassionate to everyone she met. Connie had a profound impact on people whether they had known her for years or they just met her. Her contagious smile, laughter, and sense of humor brought joy and happiness to all who knew her. Connie was a true servant leader - always putting others before herself. Connie was an outstanding cook - famous for her scotcheroo and pumpkin bars. She always made extra to send home with guests. Connie lived her life to the fullest and taught others to do the same. Her love for God, courage, faith, hope, love, and compassion shined through her daily living. She filled many hearts with happiness and left a legacy that inspired and empowered many people. She taught us that a little kindness can go a long way. Connie was an amazingly strong and beautiful woman inside and out, who will be missed by many. She showed everyone how to be strong and have extreme faith in any situation and trusted in the Lord's plan through her battle. During the McQuade Charity Softball Tournament weekend, Connie was affectionately known as "Momma Wolf" to the many umpires who came over and to those who stayed at the Wolf house. Connie cooked, cleaned, washed clothes and made sure everyone was well fed. Connie's generous nature made everyone feel welcomed and loved. She loved her umpires and the umpires loved her. She treated everyone as if they were family. Connie felt very honored and humbled upon her induction into the McQuade Charity Softball Tournament Hall of Fame in 2013.Connie is survived by her husband Michael of 32 years and her two daughters Brittany and Brooke. Two sisters Marjorie (Bruce) Mertz, Bismarck, ND, Elizabeth (Bill) Leingang, Casa Grande, AZ, and one brother Robert (Nancy) Bosch, Steele, ND, three nieces Tracy (Dan) Vargas, Weisbadan, Germany, Sarah (Jason) Teeter, Phoenix, AZ, Megan Bosch, Watford City, ND and one nephew Eric Bosch, Steele, ND, one great niece Ava Vargas and four great nephews Isaiah Vargas, Jack Teeter, Miles Teeter, and Aiden Bosch. Connie is also survived by her best friend Brenda Weigel, Bismarck. Connie is preceded in death by both of her parents. We will always love you and remember you Connie!
