Sheila J. Fortune

Sheila J. Fortune, 60, died at her home in Pearland, TX, on Wednesday, September 16, 2015. A memorial service was held in Pearland, TX, and a private family burial will be held in Steele, ND. Sheila was born in Dickinson, ND, on December 15, 1954. She moved to Bismarck and later to Grand Forks where she graduated from Red River High School. Sheila attended the Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX, and worked for the Houston Police Department as a dispatcher and retired as a supervisor. She is survived and loved by her son, Calvin Leonard; her daughters, Kalyn and Kacy Leonard; her grandchildren, Brayden and Drake; her mother, Jean Fortune; brother, John and his wife Lisa; and many close family members and friends.
