Todd William Pace, 50, Bismarck, died November 17, 2015, at his home, surrounded by his loved ones.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 20, at 10:30 AM at The Sanctuary, 2630 E Ave A, Bismarck with Rev. Michael Chuppe officiating.
Burial will be at the North Dakota Veteran’s Cemetery, Mandan, following the services.
The family will greet visitors on Thursday evening beginning at 5:30 PM at The Sanctuary where a memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM. Family will continue greeting guests one hour prior to the service at the church.
Todd was born on April 2, 1965, in Bismarck, ND, to William and Kathleen Pace. He graduated from Bismarck High School where he was a two-time runner-up state champion wrestler. Todd married the love of his life, Michelle Schumacher, on July 1, 1988, and together they raised three beautiful daughters. As a member of the National Guard, Todd served in active duty during Desert Storm. Todd went on to graduate from the University of Mary with a Bachelor of Science degree. He worked for the St. Alexius Medical Center/Northern Plains Laboratory for over 20 years. He had a passion for the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Todd also enjoyed golfing, gardening, and spending time in his man cave. Quick-witted and quirky, Todd loved laughing and enjoying life with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle; his children, McKenzi (Andrew) Sletten, Ashton Pace, and London Pace; his grandchildren, Nicollet, Jordin, Charles, and Jillian Sletten; his mother, Kathleen Pace; his siblings, Scott (Joy) Pace, Beth (Reid) Anderson, David (Michelle) Pace, and Brooke (Kevin) Melby, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Pace; his granddaughter, Bristol Sletten; and his nephew, Bill Pace.
