Jeffry L Heidt

Jeffry L. Heidt, 56, Sedona, AZ, died September 19, 2014, in Sedona while jogging. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, September 27, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, ND, with Rev. Dennis Schafer celebrating. Cremation has taken place. A Sedona Celebration of his Life will be held in October. Jeff was born on April 4, 1958, in Dickinson, ND, to Larry and Helen (Gietzen) Heidt. He earned his Bachelor's degrees in Biology, Chemistry, and Music from Dickinson State University and went on to receive his Master of Arts in Theology from the University of St. Thomas. Jeff married Bonny Wang on July 25, 1992. Jeff's kindness, tenderness, and compassion truly defined him. He touched the lives of so many and was always the "go to guy" when you needed help. He could fix and do most anything. Jeff truly enjoyed helping people and always put others first. At the time of his death, Jeff was Broker and co-owner with Bonny, of Your Realty Professional. This gentle soul will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 22 years, Bonny; step-sons Shannon and Ryan (Cassie) Zueger; granddaughters Destinee, Shacey & Willow ; parents, Helen and Larry Heidt; sisters, Sue (Pat) Forster, Theresa Simon; brother, Norm Heidt; mother-in-law, Alvina Wang; sisters-in-law, Nancy (Mike) Fleck, Kathy (Mike) Busch, Lisa (Pete) Jahner; brother-in-law, Dennis (Linda) Wang; his Sedona "parents" Charlie & Betty Lougheed; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Pauline Gietzen, Emma and George Heidt; father-in-law Erland Wang; and brother-in-law, Frank Simon Jr.
