Nathan Herman, 34, died February 21, 2016, at his home in Selby, SD, from natural causes.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 2, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck. There will be no visitation, cremation has taken place.
Nathan was born in Bismarck on September 17, 1981, to Gary and Sheila (Peltz) Herman. He attended Bismarck schools and graduated in 2000. Nathan went on to attend BSC and graduated with his power plant technology degree. He worked in the Bismarck area until moving to Selby, SD, in 2013, and was currently employed at Associated Milk Producers, Inc, in Hoven, SD.
Nathan enjoyed working, spending time with his stepchildren, Kaelin and Keegan, his dog Honey bee and two cats Burton and Bodie. He and Keegan spent a lot of time together hanging out and playing video games. Nathan loved his family and friends, and was always there when they needed him. He was a compassionate, big-hearted person, who will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his parents, Gary and Sheila; his stepchildren, Kaelin and Keegan; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Forest “Buddy” and Hilda Herman, Richard and Lyla Peltz; and step-grandfather, David Huber.
