Frances L. Perman, 84, Bismarck passed away peacefully April 11, 2016, at CHI St. Alexius Health, Bismarck, surrounded by her family.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2016 at Legacy United Methodist Church, 4600 Durango Dr., Bismarck, with Rev. Kermit Culver.
Burial will be held at 1 p.m. at North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 14, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, where a prayer service will begin at 6 p.m.
Frances will be deeply missed by her husband of 61 years, Wallace; her daughter Robin Gonsorowski, Denver CO; two sons, Todd (Terry) Perman and Clay Perman , both of Bismarck; four grandchildren, Tyson Gonsorowski, Kai (Mike) Peters, Joshua Perman, and Crystal Perman; her sisters: Esther Perman, Streeter, Betty Freier, Bismarck; Brothers: Lonnie (Sandy) Freier Bismarck, Terry (Sara) Freier Fargo,Tom (Melinda) Freier; sister-in laws Joyce Freier, and Coreen Joblinhi-Freier Bismarck; and many nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents Jacob and Otilla Freier, brothers Eugene Freier and Larry Freier.
