Elijah James Thiele

"Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you came to birth, I consecrated you. I loved you." - Jeremiah 1:5 Elijah James Thiele, precious baby boy of James Thiele and Katie Horner, was born into the arms of Jesus on April 13, 2016, at 37 weeks. He weighed 6 lbs 6 oz and was 18 ½ inches long. Although Elijah never spent any time with us here on earth, he was very loved and touched many lives. We take comfort in knowing he is in eternal glory with our savior and that we will be there with him someday. In addition to his parents, he is survived by paternal grandparents, Dan and Corrine Thiele; maternal grandparents, John and Susan Horner; great-grandparents, Ann and Magnus Wagner and Jim Thiele; aunts and uncles, Sara and Levi Gulbrandson, Kaitlin Thiele, Amanda and Toby Freier, Shannon and Michael Schirado, and Erica and Colt Bohn; cousins, Luke, Avery and Taryn Freier, Kailee Horner, Annabelle, Sudora and Zamira Bohn, and Skylar Gulbrandson; and several great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins. He was greeted in Heaven by his maternal great-grandparents, Leonard and Gertrude Pulver, and Jacob and Ann Horner, and paternal great-grandparents, Paul Holzer and Carolyn Thiele. The family wishes to thank all of their caring friends, including the nurses and staff at Sanford Medical Center, Skeels Electric Co., and Schindler & Deis Optometry for their loving care, compassion, support and prayers during their time of grief. Private services will be held.
