Glen Todd Fox “Xaa Cituu” All The Horses, was born February 7, 1961 to Ernestine Fox and Vincent White Owl in Watford City, ND. He began his journey to the spirit world April 14, 2016, near Cannonball, ND. Services will be held at 10:30 am Friday, April 22, at AJ Agard Community Center, Fort Yates. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Thursday, April 21, at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E Divide Ave., Bismarck. A wake service will begin at 6:00 pm Thursday, April 21, at the AJ Agard Community Center, Fort Yates. During his childhood, Todd lived in a number of places including New Town, Minot, Belcourt, Rolla and Bismarck. Growing up he attended Wahpeton Indian School, went away on the Placement Program to Idaho, attended Belcourt Middle School and finally Mandan High school. In 1984 he married Stephanie Zephier. They resided in McLaughlin for a number of years. During this time they became foster parents. They moved to Grand Forks, ND where Todd attended UND and at the time were in the process of adopting one of their foster children, Ashley. He lived in White Shield, ND for a while and met and later married Felicia Felix in 1991. It was during this marriage that they had his eldest son Vincent. Throughout these years was when Todd spent some time reconnecting with his spiritual path. In June of 1998 he met and married Julia Bull and they made their home in Minnawauken, ND. During this time he completed CDL training at Little Hoop College and drove semi and traveled all over the United States. He decided to stay closer to home and became a bus driver for Spirit Lake. Always the helper Todd used his spare time driving the ambulance for Spirit Lake Emergency Services. During this union he and Julia had son Mayan and daughter Larissa. He also adopted her two daughters Alissa and Shana. The summer of 2004 Todd did firefighting in Montana with nephews Brendan and Loren then moved with his kids to Mandan, ND. He attended United Tribes and in 2008 graduated with his associates in Small Business Management, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2012. While attending UTTC he was the President of Student Government. Todd was also among the first recipients of the David Gipp Leadership Fellowship. During the time he received his Bachelors he met the love of his life, Nation End of Horn. They made their home in Standing Rock with their children and grandchildren. There they raised horses, spent many weekends traveling to powwows, and continued their never ending quest for education. He was held in high esteem by his maternal grandparents Ernest and Veda Red Fox. He was always supportive of his five sisters and did his best to protect them. He loved his kids so much and is remembered as their favorite uncle by all of his nieces and nephews. He was a wonderful father and grandfather who doted on his grandchildren; he wanted his children and grandchildren to know their traditions as well as the importance of a good education. He is remembered by many as someone with a friendly handshake with a good heart and a great sense of humor. He made many friendships with singers and dancers on the powwow trail. Todd will be missed greatly by all. The loss of our father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend will be felt deeply for years to come but we will find solace in knowing his is watching over us. He is survived by son Vincent (Amy), Mayan, and daughters Larissa, Alissa, Shana, grandchildren Yanabah and Blake, all of Ft. Yates. His brother Joe Mountain Jr, White Shield, his sisters Jewel Felix (Frank) White Shield, Linda Gourneau (Bill), Sandy Fox (Mike), Jacki Howling Wolf, all of Bismarck, Jolita Grinolds, Fargo. Nephews Brendan, Loren, Edison, Jay, Anthony, Cody, Jordan, Joseph, Joshua, Matthew, Jonathan, Tyler and Chaske. Nieces Cissy, Vanessa, Aja, Amanda, Angelita, Leslie, Jennifer, Alyssa, Aaliyah, McKenzie, Erin, Mercedes and many grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by Maternal grandparents Ernest and Veda Red Fox, his father and mother, his sister Brenda, his daughter Ashley, many aunts and uncles and nephew Frank (Mikey) Felix Jr.
