Ida Giesinger, 96, Bismarck, died April 26, 2016, at Sanford Care Center off Sunset. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:30 PM Monday, May 2, at Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, 519 Raymond St., Bismarck, with Rev. Jared Johnson officiating Burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Bismarck. Ida Giesinger was born to Philip and Emma (Scheid) Morast on January 26, 1920, in Expansion, ND. She married Ralph Giesinger on October 24, 1940, in Sidney, MT. She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Dieter) Roesel St. Augustin, Germany; her sons, Larry (Sylvia) Bismarck, Eldon (Milvi) El Sobrante, CA; her sister, Agnes (Leroy) Luft, Bozeman, MT; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph; her son, Dennis; her brother, Ray Morast; her sisters, Hulda Isaak, Lorena Olson, Erna Galster, and her great-granddaughter, Kendra Lindfors.
