Linda (Knopp) Roloff’s life journey has ended and she has gone home to be with our Heavenly Father on April 29, 2016. She was 87 years old.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:30 AM at House of Prayer in Bismarck with Rev. David Swonger officiating. Burial will be at Kulm Congregational Cemetery in Kulm, ND.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
Linda was born on September 25, 1928, the daughter of Nathaniel and JoHanna Knopp. She grew up on a farm south of Kulm, ND. Linda married Marvin Roloff in 1946 and they would have celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary this year. They farmed south of Kulm and have three children.
Linda was a dedicated wife and mother, a hard worker, and a great cook. She was an active 4-H leader and Sunday school teacher. After moving to Bismarck in December 1996, she became a volunteer at St. Alexius for five years and enjoyed bringing sunshine to the sick.
Linda is survived by her husband, Marvin of Bismarck; her son, Don (Diana) Roloff of Bismarck; her daughter, Trudy (Doug) Kilber of Bismarck; her daughter, Sandra (Paul) Worm of Jamestown; seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and her sister, Jean Zachrison of Jamestown.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
