Dale Raulston, 73, Williston, ND, died on July 10, 2016 at the Sanford Living Center, Mandan, ND.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, July 14, at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.
Dale was born on September 5, 1942, to Delmer and Mable (Sandahl) Raulston. Dale attended school in Williston and served in the US Army 8th Infantry Division in Germany. Dale was employed with McNally Motors, Conlins Furniture, and opened a carpet store with his brother-in-law, Wayne Johnson, all in Williston. After leaving the carpet store, he started his own construction company, Raulston Construction and worked until retirement. He spent much time working on the house he built for himself. He was a devoted son who had an uncanny soft spot for pets.
Dale is survived by three sons, Todd (Chris) Raulston, Bismarck, Brent (Mindy) Raulston, Bismarck, and Seth (Tiffany) Raulston, Windsor, Colorado, seven grandchildren, Marley, Hartley, Daxley, Huxley, Chase, Mya, Scarlett, and by two sisters, Corene Johnson, Williston and Delores Brunner, Bainville, Montana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delmer and Mable; two sisters, Mary Ann Tanberg and Diane Rustin; and two brothers, Jerry Raulston and Donald Raulston.
