Kevin P. Ferderer, 53, Bismarck, went to meet his Father on Sunday, January 8, 2017, at CHI St. Alexius Health, Bismarck.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, January 17, at Church of the Ascension, 1825 S 3rd St., Bismarck, with Rev. Msgr. James Braaten officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Monday, January 16, at Eastgate Funeral Service, Bismarck, where a vigil service will begin at 7:00 pm.
Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bismarck.
Kevin was born November 26, 1963, in Bismarck, ND, the son of Peter and Isabelle (Bauer) Ferderer. Kevin graduated from Bismarck High School in 1982. In 1985 Kevin joined the United States National Guard as a heavy wheel vehicle mechanic. When he wasn’t working, Kevin loved to spend time outdoors, especially fishing, camping, and grilling. Kevin loved to work with his hands and fix things. He was always tinkering with something and hated to throw stuff away without trying to fix it first.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Isabelle (Bauer) Ferderer, Bismarck; one brother, Douglas Ferderer and wife, Robin, Bismarck; one sister, Wanda Dvorsak and husband, Gaylen, Alexandria, MN; nieces and nephews, Joseph Ferderer, Bismarck, Alex Ferderer, St. Paul, MN, Lesley and Beau Frohlich, Bismarck, Lindsey and Cody Judd, Alexandria, MN; great niece, Britney Frohlich; and great nephew, William Judd.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Peter Ferderer; and his grandparents.
