Adam Wahl

d. December 31, 2021

Adam Wahl passed away at a Bismarck hospital on Dec. 31, 2021, with his family by his side. Family will greet guests from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11 at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E Divide Ave., Bismarck.

Adam was a strong, kind, intelligent person who never let his Cerebral Palsy get in the way of what he wanted to do.

He liked to spend his weekday at "work" with the HIT day program, seeing friends, doing activities, and going to community outings. His weekends he enjoyed lounging around at home (Enable), spending time with his housemates, and watching football, golf and NASCAR.

Adam loved spending time outdoors. He enjoyed water-skiing, riding jet skis, fishing, water balloon fights and yard games. However, his favorite season was winter, the more snow and the colder it got, the better it was for him. One of his favorite things to do was driving around and seeing all the Christmas lights. In his house, putting up Christmas decorations always happened before Thanksgiving, no matter who objected. But his most favorite was spending time with people, laughing, and making memories. Adam was the friend any person could ask for.

A special thank you to the staff at Enable and Hit.

Adam is survived by his mother, Alice; sister, Victoria Wahl (Austin Bird); his uncles, James, Roger, and David Bartholmy; his aunt, Janice Palmer; and several cousins.

Waiting in heaven is his father, Larry; and Grandmother, Hilda Wahl.
