Allan began his career in Bismarck as a professional engineer with the ND Department of Transportation where he remained until his 2008 retirement.

Allan will be forever remembered as a devoted spouse, having shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and cherished moments alongside his beloved wife, Virginia Covlin. Their bond was a testament to their commitment to one another and has served as an inspiration to all who knew them.
