Ben was a good-hearted and kind man, an excellent listener, and a devoted friend. He enjoyed gardening, long walks, and traveling with family to 48 states and many European countries. He loved to laugh and share family stories. Ben trusted in the merciful love of Jesus and was an active member of Cathedral of the Holy Spirit.
He is survived by his parents, David and Margaret Sitte; brother, Paul Sitte, Denver, CO; sisters, Rebecca Speck, Peoria, IL and Ann (Nick) Andersen, Dallas, TX. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Olivia, Isabelle, Andrew, Anna, Jude, John Paul, Caleb, and Thomas.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Anne Ulmen, and Werner and Hazel Sitte, and by his brother-in-law, Tim Speck.
