Beverly was born on April 12, 1939 in Gladstone, ND to Lloyd and Irmgard (Weber) Moore. She attended Gladstone High School and graduated from the St. Alexius School of Nursing as an RN in 1960. She then worked in pediatrics at St. Alexius. Because Beverly was a nurse, she often got called to check on a neighbor’s family member.
Beverly had a very strong work ethic and rarely took a day off. She worked hard on the farm and at Gold Label Feeds in Bismarck. When Beverly could no longer work outside the home, she spent many hours reading the Bible. Her Christian faith was very important and she and Marlen tried very hard to attend church together for as long as they could.
Beverly is survived by her husband of 57 years, Marlen Coleman; and was the mother of sons, Scott Coleman and Barry Coleman, and daughter Rhonda (James) Rath; grandmother to Alex (Whitney) Coleman, Emily (Troy) Speten, Abby Coleman, and Lindy Coleman (Alex); great-grandmother to Ranger, Zelda, Wilder Coleman, Blake, Brynley, Bridger Speten and Lyra Coleman; sister-in-law Marlene Moore; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dale (Jean) Coleman; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Ernie and Jesse and sister, Sharon.
The family would like to thank Sanford Hospice nurses for their care and compassion they showed to Beverly, especially Lisa Goetz and Betty Falkenstein.
