Beverly Ann Kaufman, 87, Bismarck, ND, died May 29, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am Monday, June 4, at Faith Lutheran Church, 1402 E. Avenue C., Bismarck, with Rev. Jon Splichal-Larson officiating. There will be no visitation, cremation has taken place. Beverly Ann was born July 3, 1930, in Rolette, ND, to Helmer and Dorothy (Hronesh) Larson. She was raised on the family farm in Bisbee, ND, attended Johnson Country School for grades 1-8 and graduated from Bisbee High School. On May 29, 1949, Beverly married Richard Kaufman in the Bisbee Lutheran Church. The couple lived in Bisbee for 31 years and owned and operated Dick’s Red Owl Store and Bev was an active member of the church. In 1977, Bev and Dick moved to Bismarck. She was employed at Marna’s Bridal and Ladies Apparel and retired from there in 1993. Bev was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church and sang in the church choir and served on the Ladies Circle. Bev loved to travel and spend time with her family. She loved to bake and cook as well. Bev is survived by her three children, Kent (Bernadette) Kaufman, Bismarck, Kris (Tom) Sharbono, Coeur d’Alene, ID, and Kelly (Kari) Kaufman, Loveland, CO; sister, Marcia Warner, St. Louis, MO; one sister-in-law, Doreen Kaufman, Roanoke, VA; seven grandchildren, Brock (Milagro)Kaufman, Kari (Jeremy) Johnson, Kip (Erica) Sharbono, Kai Sharbono (Eric) Cohen, Katie Kaufman, Kristin Kaufman, and Kacie Kaufman; and seven great-grandchildren, Aidan, Allie, Carter, Reese, Beckham, Finn, and Knox. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; and her parents, Helmer and Dorothy Larson.
