Chad A. Leverson, 40, Bismarck, died of natural causes Saturday, January 12, 2019, in Dickinson at a family home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, January 18 at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck. Chad was born December 1, 1978, in Bismarck, North Dakota, to Karen (Haman) and Dan Leverson. As a kid, he loved exploring the outdoors and playing tricks on his sister and brother. He loved to fish and hang out with buddies. Never afraid of any project, he was a talented handy man who enjoyed helping people build and fix up their homes and properties. Chad was a kind man with a big heart and a great laugh. His eyes were brightest and he smiled widest when he was with his son Cooper. Always willing to play outside with his nieces and nephews, he was the family fishing guide and a fun uncle. He loved music, found peace in the fresh air of the outdoors and was at home on the river. Chad will be missed by many good friends and a big family. He is survived by his son Cooper; mother, Karen (Haman) Leverson; father, Dan Leverson; grandma, Winnie Leverson; grandma, Marcella Haman; brother, Craig Leverson; sister Jacey (Leverson) Graner – husband Luke; nephews Jaxon, Hudson, Kingston and Anderson Graner; niece Ashley Leverson - partner Ethan Howell and sons Jax and Holden; nephew Taylor Leverson – wife Cassandra and children Faith and Liam; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Chad was preceded in death by his grandpa Vern Leverson and grandpa Augustine Haman.
