Curtis "CC" Munsch

Curtis Clayton “CC” Munsch, 75, Bismarck, died February 5, 2018, at CHI St. Alexius Health, Bismarck, after health issues related to diabetes. Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, February 9, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, with Rev. Douglas Sathren officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Cremation has taken place. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan. Curtis was born April 1, 1942, in Emmons County, ND, to Jacob and Elizabeth (Riedlinger) Munsch. He attended Linton schools graduating in 1960. CC enlisted in the United State Army in 1961 and served in Germany as an orderly for Brigadier General George M. Jones until March 1964 when he was discharged and returned to Linton. In 1970 he married Marcella “Sally” Volk, and they have lived in Bismarck since their marriage. He became an electronic service rep working in Bismarck and at Taxi 9000. CC enjoyed fishing, playing cards, going to the casino, and cooking soup to share with his friends and neighbors. He is survived by his wife, Sally; sister, Judy (Bob) Broda; sister-in-law, Darlene (Albert) Jochim; nieces and nephews, Garry (Pam) Jochim, Tammy (Chris) Nelson, Tony (Lori) Jochim, Melissa (Scott) Buechlers, Thomas (Ranae) Jochim, Don Jochim (fiancé Lisa Sand); and many great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephews, Trenton James Broda and Jay Allen Broda. For those of you who may have questions, you may get CC’s favorite answer, “I suppose.”
