Debra was born on November 22, 1968 in Malesso, Guam, the daughter of Pedro Meno and Fey Quinata. She was the second born of six children in her family.
Growing up in the southern area of the island, she was well known for being outgoing, athletic and family orientated. In 1986, Debra met her soulmate Eugene Cruz. They resided majority of their love life on the island of Guam and then departed to the United States of America. Through the years of journey, she became a lovely mother of four wonderful children.
“Mother was always creative and fun to be around with a funny atmosphere of joy she would bring. She made sure our hopes were at its best, even when trials came through. She would speak with such care and encouraging spirit. With the same love she has given us, she would be a blessing with open arms to others.” – Debra’s children
She is survived by her soulmate, Eugene; three sons, Eugene Jr. (Thealyn), Astumbo, Guam, Thomas, Las Vegas, Nev., and Eugene Xavier, Bismarck; two daughters, Jaidee (Ed), Bismarck, and Nikita Rachae (Craig), Santa Ana, Guam; three sisters, Darlene (Ben), Reno, Nev., Rolida (Jason), Reno, Nev., and Tilda (Brian), Reno, Nev.; brother, Peter (Rose), Astumbo, Guam; and her many grandchildren, nieces and nephew.
