Dianna Hegle, 58, Menoken, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2018, after a long, courageous fight against cancer. Services will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday, April 14, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3rd Street and Avenue A, Bismarck, with Rev. Steve Sathre officiating. Burial will be held at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm Friday, April 13, 2018, at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E. Divide Ave., Bismarck. Dianna Michelle (Goldade) Hegle was born in Minot, ND, on December 22, 1959, the daughter of Harold and Lorraine Goldade. She attended school in Minot, graduating from Minot High School in 1978. Shortly after graduation she met Ray Hegle and they married in May of 1979. They made their home in Burlington, ND, and had two daughters, Patricia Lynn and Lyla Rose. In 1992, they moved to Bowman, ND, where she was employed by Able, Inc., as a caregiver at a group home; it was there she discovered her passion to help people that could not care for themselves. In 2001 they moved to Bismarck, where she worked for Enable, Inc., as a caregiver until September 2016 when her health declined. She enjoyed camping and going on trips to visit her family and friends, especially her grandchildren! Dianna is survived by her husband, Ray; her two daughters: Patti (Jason) King, granddaughter, Alia King, grandson, Daniel (Ivy) King; and Lyla (Corin) Dolson, grandson Maddux Dolson; sister, Denyse (Chris) Goldade; brothers, Bruce (Linda) Goldade, Allen (Kathy) Goldade, Rick (Melissa) Goldade, and Mike Goldade; her godson, Zachary Goldade; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandparents. Dianna will be deeply missed by her family and everyone who knew her and loved her so much!
