Eileen Schnaidt

Eileen Luella Schnaidt, 83, formerly of Bismarck, died August 30, 2024, at Robbinsdale Villas, Minneapolis, MN. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 23 at 1:00 PM at Eastgate Funeral & Cremation Service, 2302 East Divide Ave, Bismarck, with visitation beginning at noon. A graveside internment at St. Mary's Cemetery, N 23rd St & E Avenue D, Bismarck, will follow the service.

Eileen was born March 3, 1941, to Carl & Ella Weidner in Beulah, ND, and grew up in Halliday, ND. After raising her children, she obtained her Associate of Arts Degree from Bismarck State College and went on to work for several companies, including Sioux Sporting Goods and North Dakota Job Service, where she retired from the latter in 2004 after eighteen years. Eileen had a heart to serve and spent her free time volunteering at various food shelves and service organizations.

She is survived by one son, Wes (Marcia) Schnaidt, Minneapolis, MN; one sister, Shirley (Ron) Kudrna, Mandan, ND; sister-in-law, Mary Weidner, Killdeer, ND; two granddaughters, Jackie (Todd) Keller and Sara (Adam) Peterson, and five great-grandchildren, Brayden, Ethan, Brooklynn, Aydan, and Selah.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Ella Weidner; daughter, Robyn Schnaidt; and brother, Del Weidner.
