Franklin G. Keller, 68, Lisbon, died October 29, 2018, at Sanford Health in Fargo. Per Frank’s request, there will be no services. Burial will be at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan. Frank, the son of Marian and the late Paul S. Keller Sr., was born on June 28, 1950. He grew up in Velva before moving to Hazen, and graduated from Hazen High School in 1969. Frank enlisted in the Marines, spent 14 ½ years in the military, and was a Vietnam Vet. He then attended Minot State University and earned degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, and History. He was a long-term resident of the ND Veteran’s Home in Lisbon. Frank is survived by his mother, Marian; his sister and brother-in-law, Lesley and Wes Braun; his brother and sister-in-law, Shane T. and Yvonne Keller; brother-in-law, Walt DeLeeuw; nieces and nephews, Jessica and Keston Braun, Raeha and Tori Keller, and Alissa DeLeeuw; great-nephew, Kris Brunmeier. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Sr.; sister, Yvonne DeLeeuw; brother, Paul Jr.; and nephew, Kyle Brunmeier.
