Fredrick “Rick” J. Miller passed away at Sanford hospital on Nov. 8, 2020, after a courageous battle with COVID pneumonia. Rick was 58 years young when he went to Heaven, surrounded by his family at his passing.
A private family service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21. To view the livestream service, go to: www.BismarckCC.org/watch.
Rick loved life and had many hobbies, such as fishing, hunting and his beloved golf. He was an avid reader, loved his Broncos and was a huge movie buff. He was always ready to help with a project when you needed him. He leaves many life-long friends behind. You know who you all are – know that he loved you!
Rick is survived by his sisters and their families, Jo Bickert (Sarah Bickert, Becca and Dave Beckler, and children Jaxon, Ember, Kyuss, and Fynli); Jean and Jim Schlenvogt (Erica and Chip Hellman and children Lilly and Henry, and Garrett and Marisa Schlenvogt); Mary and Allan Dukart (Austin Dukart, Michael Dukart and fiancé Allie Davis); and Diane Miller and Ed Mullner.
Rick was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents, Mary Ann and Eugene Miller; and his brother, David Miller.
We will carry you in our hearts forever, Rick. Until we meet again, rest well.
There will be a celebration held at a later date yet to be determined. To stay informed on Rick's celebration of life service, email [email protected] so details can be emailed once a date is set.
