Harry Edward Camp, 94, Bismarck, died April 21, 2018, at the Baptist Health Care Center, Bismarck. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, May 14, at Faith Lutheran Church, 1402 E. Avenue C., Bismarck, with Rev. Jon Splichal Larson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Harry Edward Camp was born December 13, 1923, in Chippewa County, MN, in Woods Township, to Edward Amos and Helen (Mahlow) Camp. He was raised and educated in Chippewa County. Harry worked for Ed’s Heating in Willmar, MN, bought the business, and changed the name to Camp’s Sheet Metal. Harry was joined by his brother, Lowell, in their Bismarck business. Harry married Dolores Gynild on November 6, 1948, at Willmar. In 1953, they moved to Bismarck, where he owned and operated Camp Brothers Heating and Air. He enjoyed woodworking, especially the making of furniture. Harry was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his family and many good friends. He is survived by his wife, Dolores, Bismarck; two sons, Steven Harry, Hastings, MN, and Gregory Scott, Macon, GA; one daughter, Emily Renae, Green Valley, AZ; six grandchildren, Cleve, Bert, Arlo, Aaron, Abby, and Medora; eight great-grandchildren, Christian, Austin, Morgan, Levi, Aubrey, Jeneca, Crosby, and Lily; and his sister, Marian. He was preceded in death by his son, Craig Camp; his parents, Edward and Helen; brothers, Lynn, Lowell, and Edward; and his sisters, Delpha and Fredia.
