John Thomas Leedham II, died Oct 21, 2019 at Sanford Hospital.
Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.
John was born October 24, 1951 to Lenora (Kalebaba) and John Thomas Leedham Sr. in Missouri. As a young man John worked with his father. On December 18, 2018 John became a resident at Knife River Care Center in Beulah up until his passing.
John was a great musician, banjo player and loved classical music. He was a big fan of Gordon Lightfoot and Neil Diamond. One of Johns favorite pastimes was fishing at Sweet Briar and Fish Creek. In earlier years he worked at Walmart and Central Market on Turnpike. John was a member of First Lutheran Church in Mandan.
John is survived by his son, Christopher Leedham; brother, Larry (Darlene) Leedham; beloved companion, Linnea Reeves; his beloved African Gray, Necco his Corgi, Chessie, and Flame Point Cat, Romeo.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and son, John Leedham, III.
Thank you to Dr. Badsha, the nurses, Johns co-workers over the years, and Knife River Care Center for the love, care and compassion they showed John.
