Loretta M. Richards

Loretta Richards died Oct. 16, 2021, at Miller Pointe in Mandan.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 21, 2021, at Parkway Funeral Services, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck. Visitation will begin one hour before services start.

Loretta May Richards was born on April 7^th, 1945, at home near Temvik, ND, the daughter of Freida and Richard Heyne.

She attended rural school and graduated from Hazelton High School.

On September 11, 1965, Loretta married John Richards. They resided in Hazelton where she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She loved to cook, bake and spend time with family and friends. She enjoyed traveling as well as sitting outside on nice summer days. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grand kids and great-grandchild and was always fond of Kyra doing her hair.

Loretta is survived by her son, Mike Richards, Hazelton; daughter, Lisa (Dean) Puklich, Bismarck; two granddaughters; Taylor and Kyra Puklich and great-granddaughter, Laykin Rohrich, Bismarck.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Richards; her parents, one brother, Larry Heyne; one sister, Alice Silbernagel and one niece, Laurie Silbernagel.
