Marilyn Ruth Reiswig

Marilyn Ruth Reiswig, 67, Bismarck, died August 26, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, August 29, at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 801 E Denver Ave, Bismarck.   Family will greet guests from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm Wednesday at the church. Interment will be held in Wausa, NE. Marilyn was born in Osmond, NE, on March 14, 1951, the daughter of Lowell L. and Ruth Elvera (Benson) Larson. She grew up in Wausa, NE, and was baptized and confirmed at Thabor Lutheran Church. She attended and graduated from Wausa public schools. Marilyn worked in pathology and retired in the spring of 2018 from CHI St. Alexius Hospital. She had been living in Bismarck for over 25 years. Marilyn was an animal lover and enjoyed crocheting. She is survived by her brothers, Richard (Kathy) Larson, Montrose, CO, and Dennis (Margene) Larson, Norfolk, NE; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, David. Memorials may be given in Marilyn’s name to the Central Dakota Humane Society, 2104 37th St, Mandan, ND 58554, or an animal shelter of the donor’s choice.
