Mary Aune

Mary Aune, 64, Bismarck passed away peacefully on March 24, 2023 after a long battle with medical problems.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Saturday, April 1 at parkway Funeral Service.

Mary Aune (Davenport) was born December 7, 1958, to George and Thelma (Kurtz) Davenport. Mary was the second child of four. She was born in Bismarck but moved around a lot as a child.

Mary loved to move around for a new experience. She had lived in Bismarck, Mandan, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, Moorhead MN, and Sheridan WY. She had finally settled down in Lincoln, ND up until her health problems required more assistance. She then moved to Dickinson with her daughter Lora and her family.

Mary loved to remodel mobile homes and sell them, play cards or dice with friends and family, and spending time with her grandchildren!

She is survived by three daughters, Lora (Keith) Bobbe, Chris (Aaron) Molbert, and Melissa (Jeremy) Witte; fifteen grandchildren, Adam Bobbe, Angel Bobbe, Hunter Bobbe, Kara Bobbe, Roger Bobbe, Alexandria Molbert, Bree Molbert, Jacob Witte, Caleb Witte, Madisen Aune, Mason Aune, McKena Aune, Connor Aune, Parker Aune, Elijah Aune; two brothers, Dale (Jolene) Davenport, Terry (Taunya) Davenport; many nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.

Mary was preceded in death by her son, Dale Aune; parents, George and Thelma; sister, Rose Davenport; and niece, Brandy Davenport.
