Mary M Jaszkowiak

Mary Jaszkowiak, 73 of Bismarck, ND passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at St Vincent’s Nursing Home, Bismarck.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:30 PM, Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Pro-Cathedral of St. Mary, 825 E Broadway Ave, Bismarck.   

Family will greet visitors from 6:00 - 7:00 PM, Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E Divide Ave, Bismarck. A rosary will begin at 7:00 PM. 

Burial will be 3:00 PM, Thursday, October 10 at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan, ND. 

Mary was born November 24, 1950 at St Alexius Hospital, Bismarck to the late John and Mary (Masseth) Kraft. Mary married Fred Jaszkowiak in November of 1973. She worked in the Department of Transportation at the state of North Dakota, retiring after over 40 years of service.

Mary thoroughly enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was a loving wife, sister and aunt. Though she had no children she loved being around her nephews and nieces. Going to the casino was her passion.

She is survived by her sister, Rita Albrecht; brothers, John Kraft and Joseph (Lenette) Kraft; nephews and nieces.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Fred; sisters and brothers-in-law, Phyllis (Frank) Krumm, Margie (Peter) Hoerner and Lawrence Albrecht, and sister-in-law, Debbie Kraft.
