Milo Theodore Thurn

Milo Theodore Thurn, 72, Bismarck, passed away February 24, 2019, at Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Services will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, March 2, at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E. Divide Ave., Bismarck.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be in the spring at Fairview Cemetery, Bismarck.

Milo Theodore was born January 26, 1947, in Bismarck, to Theodore “Ted” and Catherine Thurn. He grew up in Bismarck where he graduated from St. Mary’s High School. He enlisted in the Air Force and served for four years. He later graduated from the University of Mary. Milo worked at the Employment Security Bureau, Northwestern Bell, and retired from Dan’s Supermarket.

He enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping and reading.

Milo is survived by his mother, Catherine.

He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore.
