Nettie Rueb, 89, Bismarck, passed away on March 6, 2024

A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, March 11, at Evangel Assemblies of God, 3225 N 14^th St, Bismarck.

Visitation will be held an hour before the service begins.

Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Bismarck.

Nettie F. Rueb was born on December 20, 1934 in Streeter ND, the daughter of John and Lydia Buck. She grew up on the family farm and attended schools in the Streeter area.

In 1954, Nettie married Oscar Rueb in Streeter. They made their home in Linton until 1955 when they moved to Bismarck. Nettie worked at Kroll’s Kitchen, the State Capital Cafeteria, St. Alexius Hospital, and at K-Mart.

She enjoyed embroidering and entertaining family and friends. She was devoted to her faith and church. She took part in Women’s Missionary Council and taught Sunday School for many years.

Nettie is survived by her husband Oscar, two children: Joy Rueb and Lloyd Rueb all of Bismarck; siblings, Leroy Buck, Vivian Hanson, Marlys Grasl and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Alvin, Esther, Edna, Odella, Laverne and Virginia.
