Nikki Dresser

Nikki Dresser, 39, died December 23, 2017, in Lincoln, under Sanford Hospice Care, surrounded by family, after her courageous battle with a brain stem tumor. Services will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday December 28, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, with Dennis Sailer officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday December 27, at Parkway Funeral Service.  Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Nikki Dresser was born September 14, 1978. After graduating from high school, Nikki worked for Bobcat and the Baptist Home, both which she enjoyed very much. She was married to Lee Dresser; they later divorced, but remained good friends. She is survived by her parents, Richard and Brenda Zacher; her grandmother, Bobbi Volk, her sister and brother-in-law, Bari and Troy Tofteland; nieces, Madison and Alexis Tofteland; step niece, Kelsey and Chris Kolden and their son, Braxley; and her best friends, Becky, Jill and Steph. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Al and Mary Zacher; Bede Volk; and several aunts and uncles. We would like to thank Mayo Clinic, Dr. Reynolds, Sanford Hospice, neighbors, co-workers, family and friends, throughout this difficult time. We could not have done this without you all. It was Nikki’s wish to have services held at the funeral home rather than in a church.
