In May of 1977, Phyllis married her High School sweetheart, Myron Rogstad, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Bismarck. They moved Southeast of Bismarck and together welcomed three beautiful children.
Phyllis worked in the accounting department at Hedahl’s Inc. for 26 years where she retired from in 2018.
Phyllis was an avid gardener, baker and was incredibly creative. Her artistic talents could be seen in her numerous sewing projects, oil paintings and any other crafts she was excited to try. She loved spending time in the Arizona sunshine, playing pinochle with friends and cooking for her family. But her greatest passion was spending time with her nine grandchildren. Phyllis never missed an opportunity to attend a football or a softball game, dance recital or swim meet or any other activity her grandkids were a part of. They were her greatest joy.
