Renee Klaudt

Renee Lindsey Klaudt, 71, of Bismarck, North Dakota, has gone home to be with her Lord.

Our mother's life will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 28, at New Life Church, 1320 Tacoma Ave, Bismarck, North Dakota.

Renee was born in Sidney, Montana, on July 23, 1951, to the late Jeff and Mary Jo (Trotter) Greene. Renee graduated in 1969 from Sidney High School in Montana. Renee met Kim Klaudt at the Richland county fair, and just like that, they were married six weeks later, on September 19, 1973, along with Renee's son Shane Prevost. They enjoyed 49 years together. Kim and Renee were blessed with three more children, Kimberlee and the twins Kristal and Kacey.

Renee enjoyed visiting her grandparents in Alabama and visiting with her Aunt Maxine and Uncle Donald Nutter, the former Governor of Montana. While residing in Bowman, North Dakota, raising her family, Renee started her dog grooming business, Pooch Place, which she ran for over 10 years. Renee took the position of bookkeeper at NAPA Auto Parts in Bowman. She was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus during this time, but that didn't stop her from caring for her family or friends and doing what she loved. Renee was an avid volleyball player and decorated cakes for all occasions. Doing all of this, our mom never missed any of her children's sporting events or extracurricular activities, cheering on her kids and their friends. In 1994, Renee and Kim moved to Washburn, North Dakota, and she continued to be a stay-at-home mom. Fast forward six years, Renee would start her journey of becoming a grandmother and the world's best "Nay." Countless memories were made in that backyard.

Kim and Renee then moved to Bismarck, North Dakota, in 2012, where she continued dialysis. If you were lucky enough to meet Renee, she was the strongest woman you would ever know. Her sense of humor was as contagious as her big heart. We love you, Nay!!

Renee is survived by her husband, Kim Klaudt of Bismarck, North Dakota; her four children; Shane Prevost (Indiana), daughter Kimberlee (Chris) Billings, kids Caleb and Brianna, (Emporia Kansas), Kristal Reisig (sons, Carter and Riley), Scottsbluff of Nebraska, Kacey Klaudt (Michelle) Klaudt, kids Jacob and Jared, (Beulah, North Dakota) her sister, Janice Henderson (Dick) Henderson, Boise, Idaho.

Renee was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Jo and Jeff Greene, father-in-law, Roy Klaudt and sister-in-law Jayne Klaudt.
