Rhiannon "Annie" Renee Dockter

Our beautiful, talented, and caring daughter left us on June 30, 2017. Rhiannon “Annie” Renee Dockter set sail for a beautiful adventure. Although we will miss her terribly, we celebrate her life and all of the loving, caring, and zany times she shared with us. She lived a very full life in 23 years. A Celebration of her life will take place at 2:00 pm Monday, July 3, 2017, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, ND, 58503, with Pastor Pam Power officiating.  Family will greet people for one hour prior to the time of the service on Monday.  Cremation has taken place. She loved all people and all animals. Her heart was huge and her empathy strong. Annie was talented, she danced for Let’s Dance Studio (thank you Jenny), she sang for weddings, in the shower, and just for fun. She was dedicated to the people she cared for and the coworkers she loved at Sanford Health. And most of all Annie loved every one of the friends she made and never forgot them. Left to celebrate her life is her family, Ralph and Robin Dockter; her siblings and their families, Ryan and Tammy Dockter, Ramsey Dockter and son Seth, and Remington and Courtney Dockter. She leaves her "sister" Jesse Claire Herz and her family. She had a second mom/aunt Kim Dockter, whom she loved very much. Grandma CJ (Carole Ost) sent her off with prayer and a lot of love. Annie has many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will truly miss her. Even though her cat, Cash, will miss her, he would never show it. Annie shared her love with some very special people, but the one who had her heart was Shane Irwin and their puppies, Hank and Copper. Waiting for her in Heaven are her grandparents, Richard and Edna Dockter and Calvin Ost; Uncle Jeff Ost has met her at Heaven’s gates. Dustin, Casey, and other friends will be showing her around. And her crazy puppy, Kelly, will be spinning in circles, he will be so happy to see her.
