Ronald Wayne Reimann, 64, Regan, ND, passed away September 17, 2017, at Sanford Health, Bismarck, with family at his side, following a major bleed and complications in the ICU. Services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, September 22, at Sunne Lutheran Church, Wilton, with Rev. Paul Schauer officiating. Burial will be held at Sunne Lutheran Cemetery, Wilton. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Ron was born in Amarillo, TX, the son of Floyd and Verine (Sayler) Reimann. He attended grade school in Regan and graduated from Wilton High School. Ron attended North Dakota State University and Bismarck State College. He worked in power plant technology for many years in Connecticut and returned home to North Dakota to live at his family’s homestead in 2007. Ron worked at Power Fuels in Watford City for seven years. In his free time he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting, spending time with family, and long range shooting; he was a longtime member of the NRA. Ron was a loving father who helped to instill positive values in all of his children. His love and compassion was felt by anyone who knew him. The warmth of his embrace will be greatly missed; he played a tremendous role in making each of our lives better. Ron is survived by his wife, Mary Reimann (Wald); his children, Jesse Reimann, Jeanette Reimann, Roxanne Reimann-Ryea and Ryan Ryea, and granddaughter, Paisley Ryea; sister, Sandra Johnson; nephews, Casey Johnson and Justin Dally; and his mother, Verine Reimann. Ron will be reunited with his father, Floyd Reimann; grandparents, Lily and Herman Reimann and Robert and Katie Sayler; nephew, Travis Dally; brother-in-law, Richard Johnson; in-laws, Joe and Adeline Wald; and many special friends along the way.
