Sandra Moran, 74, Lincoln, ND, entered into eternal life on August 23, 2018, after a long battle of heart disease. Services will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, August 29, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, with Rev. Craig Schweitzer officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm Tuesday, August 28, at Parkway Funeral Service. Burial will be at 12:00 noon Wednesday at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan. Sandy was born in 1943 to Harvey and Ethel Bauske in Jamestown, ND. She was raised in Jamestown being the middle child of three girls. She graduated from Jamestown High school and worked at the local Red Owl Store for more than 20 years. She married Lee Moran on May 1, 1965, and they soon moved to Spokane, WA, to start a family of two boys, Scott and Corey. They made their way back to North Dakota to raise their children then back to Spokane working at Circle K stores before settling in Lincoln, ND, where she enjoyed sitting on her deck and spending time with her cat, Fluffy, and her dog, Paco. Sandy enjoyed going for drives along the river and especially enjoyed visits and art work from her great- granddaughters. She loved to talk about anything and everything. She loved her long phone conversations with Cheryl and her other great friends and family. She brought laughter to everyone she met and especially enjoyed polka music. She will be dearly missed. Sandy is survived by her sons, Scott (Vicki) Moran of Bismarck, ND, and Corey (Kristen) Moran of Spokane, WA; her sister, Cheryl (Barry) Hazer of Woodworth, ND; brother-in-law, Fred (Jerri) Moran of Kennewick, WA; sisters-in-law, Linda (Larry) Ninemire and Janet Manz of Spokane, WA; grandchildren, Leevi (Katie) Moran, Brandon, Riley, and Carter Moran; her great-granddaughters, Keira and Lexi; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Moran; her parents; one sister, Doris Landscoot; and one sister-in-law, Barbara Stockton.
