Sandy Mills, 74, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4 at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E Divide Ave, Bismarck. Visitation will be held one-hour prior. A service livestream will be available on the funeral home’s website.

Burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Bismarck.

Sandy was born on Sept. 8, 1946 to Leo and Vera (Suelzle) Triebwasser in McClusky. She attended and graduated high school in 1965. Following graduation, she was employed with Bismarck Hospital, Central Dakota Hospital Laundry and eventually Ameripride – where Sandy continued to work for 30+ years.

She married Bob Mills on Nov. 28, 1968. Together, they raised one son, Jim.

Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had a heart of gold. In her free time, she enjoyed planting flowers, crafting and traveling. She especially enjoyed spending time outdoors, including riding a horse and going on rides with Bob on his motorcycle.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Bob; son, Jim (Marie); grandchildren, Dawson and Kenzie; two very special pet boys, Toby and Bear; and many special friends.
