Steven Pfaff, 63, Bismarck, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, in Bismarck.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 106 Osage Ave, Bismarck.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Please follow all Covid 19 guidelines.
Burial will be held Monday, Nov. 23 at Kenmare Cemetery.
On Tuesday, November 17, 2020, Steve Pfaff, loving father, husband, son, brother, and papa passed away at his home after an 11-month battle with prostate cancer. He was 63.
Steven Scott Pfaff was born on February 9, 1957, in Harvey, North Dakota, to Dale and Carol (Gutknecht) Pfaff. He was raised in Bismarck and graduated from Bismarck High. Steve worked as a pressman for the Bismarck Tribune for 31 years before moving on to his dream job. Steve was a realtor for the last 16 years and truly enjoyed meeting and working with people through real estate. For Steve every client became a friend.
Steve loved all sports, especially football (Go Vikings) and spent many hours watching his children play sports. He enjoyed handyman projects, yard work, listening to music, and celebrating all holidays, especially Christmas. Many hours were enjoyed by Steve on the patio and in the driveway visiting with friends, neighbors, and family. Steve was always ready with a smile and a helping hand for anyone who needed it.
On November 21, 1998, Steve married Saundra Kay Wittman. They shared 22 years together, and two wonderful children, Brooke Kay and Scott Allan.
Steve is survived by his wife Sandi, children Josh (Carrie), Lindsey, Brooke, Scott, and five grandchildren Jack, George, Harper, Taya, and Taytum. His parents Dale and Carol Pfaff, and his brothers Doug (Linda), Tim (Peggy), and three nephews Jeremy (Erin), Jason (Jena), and Ross and four great nieces and two great nephews. His mother and father- in- law Bernard and Carol Wittman and his brothers-in- law Brian and Kenton and his son-in-law Brent (Amanda) Miller, and his special furry friends, the family cats, Spike and Angie.
