Steven Rohrich Jr.

May 7, 1991 — August 29, 2023

Steele

It is with heavy hearts we share with you the passing of Steven Rohrich Jr, who left this world on August 29, 2023, in a one vehicle accident at the age of 32.

A Celebration of Steven's Life will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, September, 16, 2023 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 203 Mitchell Ave S, Steele. Family requests no flowers.

Steven was born to proud parents, Steve and Pam (Barnick) Rohrich on May 7, 1991. He brought great joy and light into the lives of all who knew him.

Steven was raised and educated in Steele. He proudly followed his older brother DJ's footsteps wearing the number 20 football jersey on the football field. Steven graduated from Kidder County High School in 2010.

In 2009, Steven proudly began serving our country in the National Guard. He completed his basic training at Fort Leonard in the summer of his senior year. Immediately following high school graduation he was assigned to the 815th Engineer Company out of Wishek, ND and served his time honorably with utmost pride until November 2015. He also took a memorable trip to Germany for an annual National Guard training period.

He attended BSC and earned his certificate for welding. For the last five years, Steven was employed by Midwest Manufacturing at the Distribution Center and Menards in McKenzie, ND.

On his days off, Steven enjoyed many activities as long as it allowed him to be outdoors. He loved to ride his motorcycle, ride his side by side with friends, go fishing with Lynnsey and the kids, cruising in his blue Ford truck with the music blasting, and BBQ's with his coworkers. Steven was an avid fan of the Texas Longhorns. If you didn't see him wearing a Longhorn jersey, he was probably wearing a punisher shirt.

Steven is survived by his parents, Steve and Pam Rohrich; girlfriend, Lynnsey and their children, Jackson, Ayden, Sterling, and Addilynn; brothers, Scott (Stephanie) and DJ; as well as nieces, Jory (Alec), Jacy, Kayla, Liberty, and Ella; nephews, Skyler (Brianna) and Cohen; great-niece, Brooklyn; a new niece to come in December, grandpa Frank (Connie) Barnick; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Steven was preceded in death by his grandparents, Luella Barnick and Joe & Margaret Rohrich; uncle, Joe Rohrich; as well as cousin, Robert Pfaff.

Stevie, you will be dearly missed and your memory will live on forever in our hearts.
