Suzie was born July 17, 1984, to Stanley and Louise (Anderson) Erickson. She grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota where she learned a love of animals, nature, and horses. After graduating college, she met Trever Bayer and they were married September 10, 2011.
Together they moved back to the family farm where she managed the livestock operation, growing it from 90 head of cattle to over 200 and expanding into poultry and rabbits - all while raising two daughters.
Above all though, was her love for Trever, family and Faith. She cherished spending time with Ellie and Lizzie going on long walks across the prairie and horseback riding. Long conversations with friends and learning new things. Always one for a project she could be found working on a quilt, rebuilding a chicken coop, or cooking up a feast in the kitchen. She was truly one of a kind and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Louise Erickson; grandparents, Arnell and Irene Erickson, and Gideon and Virginia Anderson.
Suzie is survived by her husband, Trever; daughters, Ellie and Lizzie; her father, Stanley (June) Erickson; parents in-law, Dean and Loan Bayer; brothers, Aaron (Angela) Erickson and Mark (Faith) Erickson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
