A graduate of the College of Saint Scholastica Duluth, Tip married Chuck Reichert of Mandan, ND, in Duluth on September 2, 1961. The couple resided in Duluth where they raised seven children and four foster children. In 1989 the couple relocated to Bismarck which became their present home. Her unwavering support of those in need and the underrepresented earned the respect of all who knew her. Her career highlights include the St. Scholastica Sister Ann Edwards Alumni Award, the Duluth St. Mary’s Hospital Employee of the Year Award, and Junior League Sustainer of the Year Award. Tip’s belief in a life of service led her to volunteer for many organizations and causes throughout her life. She co-founded Parents Anonymous of Duluth, volunteered with God’s Child of Bismarck, Ministries on the Margin, and up to her death co-directed the Bismarck Diocese African Mission with her husband. Her mantra of “Go Change the World” echoes throughout her life and especially to her grandchildren.
