Wyonne Riskevich

Wyonne Riskevich, 88, Bismarck, passed away on August 7, 2024.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am, Monday, August 12, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 1919 N 2nd St, Bismarck.

Cremation has taken place, interment will be at Fairview Cemetery.

Wyonne was born on May 12, 1936, in Anamoose, North Dakota, to Albert & Mary Weltz. On May 20, 1962, she married Marvin Riskevich in Belfield, North Dakota.

Her journey as a beautician began at Cristy's Beauty School where she honed her craft. She went on to serve her clients at Comb & Brush in Mandan. Later, Wyonne would make a career change and begin 28 years of service at Hoskin & Meyers.

She was an avid bowler and took great pride in her gardening skills. Tending to her flower beds brought her happiness and allowed her creative spirit to flourish.

Wyonne is survived by her husband, Marvin Riskevich; son, Kevin (Jennifer); grandchildren, Abigail and Kendall; sister, Donna Hauser; and her brother, Dennis Weltz. 

She was preceded in death by her son, Kelly Riskevich; parents, Albert and Mary Weltz; sister, Agnes Schmitz; and her brothers, Clifton Weltz, Gerald Weltz and Kenneth Weltz.
