Amber Jacobson

Amber Jacobson, 43, Bismarck, passed away on October 4, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 10:30AM, Friday, October 7, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck. Amber is the daughter of Timothy and Twyla Jacobson. She was born on November 12, 1978 in Minot. Amber grew up in Bismarck and graduated from Century High School. Following graduation, she lived in Fargo until returning to Bismarck in 2016. She was a proud of her six years of managerial service at Bismarck’s North Applebee’s. In her free time she enjoyed her cats, dogs, attending jeep jamborees and music concerts. Amber is survived by two daughters, Korrie Jean Jorgenson (Jakob Paulson), Katelynn Jane Jorgenson; parents, Tim and Twyla Jacobson; sister, Melissa (Joe) Judd, niece and nephew, Owen and Lila Judd; significant other, William Adams; grandparents, Shirley Krueger and Steve (Jeanne) Jacobson and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
